We equipped with advance automatic screen printing machine, inkjet
screen making machine, autowashing & heatsetting machine which allow
us to make the Flag size up to 2*6 meters with 7 colors. Our factory
occupy the area of 3000 square meters, employ about 200 works,provide
the production daily capacity for 12000 ~15000 square meters. To protect

Mine Elastomer Project Opens in Yiyang
The main raw materials used in this project are natural rubber, natural latex and polyurethane. Compared with mine equipment traditionally processed and manufactured using metal materials, the products have excellent wear resistance and not only greatly extend the screen (board) and mill lining. The service life of the board (composite) also reduces noise in the operating environment, and has a significant effect on energy saving and consumption reduction.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in June 2012. After completion, it can annually produce 3300 tons of highly wear-resistant mineral elastomer equipment and finished products. It can save more than 20,000 tons of steel resources and reduce 5000 tons of high-quality coal combustion emissions.
